Cancellation of compulsory PCR test for foreigners arriving to Russia
The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection, Rospotrebnadzor, has cancelled the obligation for foreigners to have a negative COVID PCR test when entering the Russian Federation, as well as the former requirement to have a negative test for unvaccinated Russian citizens returning home.
Please note that there is still an obligation for foreigners to fill in a questionnaire. Russian citizens arriving by airplane still have to fill in a form on the website gosuslugi.
