On December 7th, Irina Krasheninnikova, being a member of the educational programms board of the St. Petersburg State University, continued the practice of conducting master classes for students of St. Petersburg State University. This time the topic of the master class was “HR Consulting”.
Irina told students who study “Human Resource Management” how the rankings of consulting companies are formed and what the client pays attention to when choosing a service provider. Together with the teacher, students were analyzing the situations that were demanded the most in the HR Consulting. Irina shared her practical experience and materials on the following services: recruiting, personnel audit and counseling on labor and migration laws.
