SME Agenda for the New Reality
Last week we Andreas Bitzi, Chairman of the AEB’s SME committee and managing director of Quality Partners, moderated the webinar “SME Agenda for the New Reality” was an excellent platform for productive discussion.
This was the second event organized by the AEB SME Committee together with the European Union in Russia.
The event brought together representatives of the European SMEs operating on the Russian market, Russian start-ups, development institutions, EU & EFTA Member States’ Embassies and Consulates, public authorities, academia During the dialogue the participants of the meeting noted that during the economic storm the ship of SMEs should not only be saved, but also be taken out of the current situation. And don’t forget about a possible third wave of the pandemic.
We would like to thank representatives of the European Commission, the Минэкономразвития России, ФАС России / FAS Russia, Skolkovo Ventures, Общероссийская общественная организация “Деловая Россия”, InEnergy and personally Markus Ederer, Head of the EU Delegation to the Russian Federation, and Boris Titov, presidential commissioner for Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights, and Tatiana Ilyushnikova, Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, for participating in the event and for the opportunity to discuss key challenges related to SMEs and entrepreneurship in Russia.
We hope that the webinar will become traditional and the next meeting will be held in offline format.
