Gaukhar Abdibaeva

Gaukhar is the Head of Legal for our Central Asian operations.

She has 15 years of experience in the Kazakh and Central Asian outsourcing and consulting markets, supporting foreign businesses in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgistan and Mongolia.

Before joining BSP, Gaukhar was working as head of legal, business development, client advisory, contract management and compliance. With her team, she supports our clients from strategy to registering legal entities, corporate law, contract management, migration, commercial law, corporate restructurings, and – should it ever happen – through to liquidations. Gaukhar has a Masters title in international law from Kimep university.
