Annual HR conference news
On March 31st HR working group of AHK Saint-Petersburg held its Annual HR conference moderated by the Chairperson of HR working group Irina Krasheninnikova (VP HR, quality partners). The conference traditionally had 2 blocks: HR trends and HR tech. The speakers from Roedl and Partner, Nexign, Best Doctors, Marsh Mercer Benefits and other companies presented the overview of the most important challenges which business society faces currently in terms of HR management, digitalization and crisis overcome.
During the event, the participants had a chance to look deeply into the risks of the remote relations between the employers and employees; knew the tools how to strengthen support of employees and build up a transparent system of benefits. There also were interesting overviews of HR start-up projects open on the market.
