How to cooperate with the gen-Z employees and what HR-Tech trends really work? – quality partners took part at the Meeting of the Working Group on Personnel Issues of AHK.
The event was organized by the German Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg and hosted by Nordic School of Economics. Irina Krasheninnikova, HR VP of quality partners, and Deputy Chairman of the working group, moderated the meeting.
The first part of the meeting was devoted to the generational difference, where speakers from different business fields and representatives of Generation Z participated in a lively discussion and debated topical issues of hiring and collaboration. The discussion was based on the results of a survey conducted by the HR working group, where young professionals shared their opinions on what is important to them in finding a job and choosing an employer, and how they react to work situations.
Irina Krasheninnikova closed the meeting with a presentation on the development of HR-Tech in Russia, analyzing the effectiveness and development of this area. The audience was presented with tools that really work, and which otherwise remain a fashion trend.
We thank all participants of the meeting, the host and representatives for the opportunity to discuss current issues in a professional circle and summarize the results of the year in a festive atmosphere.
