HR digitalization: challenges and perspectives

Experts see the main conclusions and possible solutions as a reasonable approach to choosing digitalization solutions that will help significantly reduce the workload and devote more time to working with people. In addition, it will be useful to have a unified system of interaction with HR, to combine resources. In this way, the company will be able to avoid data fragmentation and calculation errors.
HR digitalization solutions should be understandable and convenient for all users. Moreover, it is necessary to include additional sources of requests (heads of functions, line employees) in the processes.
