Irina Krasheninnikova is elected a Deputy Chairperson of the HR & Migration Subcommittee of the NWRC of the Association of the European businesses.
Irina Krasheninnikova (VP HR, quality partners) has been elected a Deputy Chairperson of the HR & Migration Subcommittee of the NWRC of the Association of the European businesses (AEB). With her extensive experience of more than 13 years in various HR fields, Irina will share her expertise and provide a reliable support for uniting business representatives in the North-West region.
The AEB is a big organization which includes 60 committees, subcommitties engaged in lobbying on a wide range of issues in various business areas including energy, transport and customs, agriculture, air travel, passenger cars and commercial vehicles production, legislation, taxation, banking, real estate, crop protection products and many others. These committees work closely with the European and Russian authorities providing comments and suggesting changes to the draft laws of the Russian Federation.
HR & Migration Subcommittee works closely together with the Russian labour authorities in order to improve the cooperation with European businesses.
The Subcommittee organizes events where committee members share information, expertise, and experience as well as up-to-date information and news on labour matters in the region and overall Russia.
