Quality Partners at the Saint-Petersburg International Labour Forum
The Saint-Petersburg International Labour Forum took place in March 2022. Irina Krasheninnikova (VP HR, quality partners) as the Chairperson of the HR committee of AHK Saint-Petersburg moderated the panel discussion «Supportive systems for personnel in the period of changes».
Speakers from HH.ru, EMG, Talents&Games and other companies discussed various tools which can be used in the times of adaptation to the new reality. Salary indexation, loans, corporate education, mortgage compensation and many other tips have been given as examples to support employees. The general picture so far looks stable, but many projects were put “on hold”. Companies – participants are not planning to reduce staff massively though the recruiting projects were stopped for a certain period.
All participants had a great chance to exchange their experience, challenges, and news.
