The events of HR and Legal Subcommittees of AEB
On 22.05.2024 a joint online-meeting of HR & Migration and Legal & Taxation Subcommittees of AEB was held to discuss practical aspects of labor relations.
The participants discussed currents situation and changes in taxation of foreigners, migration policy and labour regulations. Our colleagues were among the main speakers of the event. Irina Saadueva, our general director, presented an overview of changes in migration policy, its main initiatives and directions. Irina Krasheninnikova, VP HR, made a presentation about key issues in termination of labour contracts by agreement of the parties and shared caselaw overview on this topic.
Another meeting organized by AEB North-Western Regional Committee and Avito Job was held on May 29, the subject was personnel shortage in the country. Speakers from Magnit, Vodokanal and Cherkizovo shared their experiences in social activities such as helping retired people and orphans to socialize and make their careers. Colleagues from HR-department of quality partners enjoyed the meeting and thank hosts for organizing such a practical event.
