Remote work reporting obligations.
Since October 12, 2020, all employers operating on the territory of the city of Moscow are required to provide a report regarding employees/performers under service agreements who have been transferred to remote work. This is to ensure the employers have at least 30% of their employees working from home.
Information is submitted in electronic form via the organization’s personal account on the Moscow mayor’s website. The report shall include mobile phone numbers and, if available, the vehicle license number, numbers of e-cards “Troyka”, “Strelka” and social or travel card number.
If the data of remote employees changes, updates have to be submitted on a weekly basis. In case there are no changes, no updates have to be provided.
